PRE-OPERATIVE CENTER When you check in, the admitting staff will give you an ID bracelet, which you wear throughout your hospital stay. The surgical staff ensures that all pre-operative test results have been received. If you have the test results or physical form at home, please bring them with you when you check in for surgery, or your surgery may be canceled or delayed.
